Weekly Direct debit membership
1. The minimum term of the Unlimited Membership is 26 weeks (26 payments), and you may not cancel or terminate the Unlimited Membership before that date for any reason. If you suspend your Unlimited Membership during this initial period, the Minimum Term will be extended by the period of the suspension.
2. The term of the Unlimited Membership commences on the date specified above as the start date of this contract.
3. This membership allows you unlimited scheduled in-studio & Livestream classes but excludes guest teachers, workshops, retreats, teacher training,on-demand (except memberships starting prior to June 1st, 2020), or other special events.
5. After the expiry of the Minimum Term, the membership will continue indefinitely until you advise Change Yoga & Wellness via email (info@changeyoga.com.au) that you wish to terminate the membership. 14 days is required to process any such termination.
6. You may suspend your Unlimited Membership by emailing info@changeyoga.com.au to notify us of the dates of the suspension no later than 3 business days before the start of the suspension period. You may suspend your Unlimited Membership for a minimum period of 2 weeks at any time, and the maximum period that you may suspend in any 12-month period is 6 weeks.
7. Membership fees will be charged to your credit card or bank account once per week via a third-party biller.
8. From time to time, Change Yoga & Wellness may increase its fees for the Unlimited Membership. Notice of any such increase will be provided at www.changeyoga.com.au. Your membership fees will increase accordingly, with such an increase to take effect not less than 2 weeks after the date that the increase of fees is notified on the website.
9. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available to cover the weekly auto-debit. If an auto-debit is declined due to insufficient funds, the transaction will fail which requires additional administration and yields additional bank costs. Unfortunately, our third-party biller, Ezidebit, is unable to absorb these costs and applies a fee for failed transactions. The fee is currently $9.90 but may change. This fee will be debited from your account after the failed payment.
10. Change Yoga & Wellness is in no way responsible for additional bank fees that you may incur from your bank. Bank fees are under the terms and conditions of contractual agreements that lie between you and your bank.
11. If an auto-debit cannot be made for any reason, Change Yoga & Wellness may in its absolute discretion, process payment any time after the due date upon receipt of sufficient monies in your account.
12. If auto-debit payments fail for 2 payments or more, Change Yoga & Wellness may in its absolute discretion cancel the membership.
13. The terms and conditions or our third-party biller Ezidebit form a binding component of your membership agreement. They can be found at www.changeyoga.com.au titled “Ezidebit Terms”. By purchasing an Unlimited Membership, or attending any class using an Unlimited Membership, you are deemed to have agreed to the Ezidebit Terms.

15. Direct debit and unlimited memberships (not class passes) can be used across both studios.
16. Neither Change Yoga & Wellness, its owners, teachers or employees shall be nor be deemed to be responsible or liable (whether in contract, or in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or mishap you may sustain arising from or out of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the Change Yoga & Wellness classes. You are to receive instruction in Change Yoga & Wellness Classes and theory only. You agree to not seek compensation from Change Yoga & Wellness, its owners, teachers or employees against all actions, suits, causes of action, proceedings, claims, costs, and expenses whatsoever in connection with or arising out of any such injury, illness or mishap.
17. If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, you must process a cancellation through MINDBODY at least two (2) hours before the class start time. We will not accept cancellations by phone, email, social media, or any other method other than MINDBODY.
From the 24th June 2020:
If a member is a no show or did not cancel a minimum (2) two hours prior to the start of class, this will attract a fee:
– If a member holds a pass (class pass & casual visit), their account will be charged as if they attended (the pass will not be credited back to their account).
– If a member holds an unlimited pass or membership (including a 14-day trial), this will attract a non-negotiable $10 AUD No Show Fee. This fee will automatically be charged to the card details on MINDBODY. If there are no credit card details (we suggest updating your details on your account) or it declines, members’ class bookings will be suspended until the fee has been paid.
To avoid this penalty please be sure to CANCEL if you can longer attend with at least two (2) hours notice via MINDBODY. These two (2) hours allow for those on the waitlist to be notified a place has opened up.

3,6 & 12 unlimited, casual visits, class passes, on-demand etc.
1. All paid in full memberships are non-refundable, this includes casual visits, workshops, introductory offers, specials, 10.20 & 50 Class passes 3, 6 and 12 months paid in full membership and on-demand monthly.
2. All 3, 6 and 12 month upfront unlimited memberships purchased before June 1st, 2020, receive complementary on-demand access for the duration of the purchased membership.
3. Suspension’s are only available on direct debit and Foundation memberships, not on upfront memberships.
4. Class passes cannot be used across both studios.
5. Class Passes can be used for both in-studio and livestream classes.
